We are hugely passionate about customer and candidate experience throughout the talent engagement, recruitment and on boarding process. This drives us to continually identify new and innovative ways to improve the recruitment journey for all parties involved to guarantee a highly successful outcome when hiring new employees and securing the next career move.

Last month we welcomed Lisa Baruch to Astrum’s Sydney CBD office as our Customer Experience Manager to further enhance the success of our customer and candidate care strategy and to drive the customer success program across Australia and New Zealand. Lisa brings a wealth of experience in communications, marketing, account management and client relationship management to our team with a host of academic qualifications having worked with a range of clients across Asia Pacific including NRMA, Telstra, Macquarie Bank, Boral, Novartis, Woolworths, BT Financial, Deloitte and GE Healthcare to name a few.
