Happy New Year from the Astrum team. We are excited about 2017 and the opportunity for us to find new ways to create a positive and successful journey for job seekers and our clients seeking new talent.

This month,  we will introduce a new Talent Recognition Program for our temporary and contract workforce. We continually receive positive feedback from our clients regarding the performance of our temporary staff, so we have launched a program that will recognise and reward our highly talented temporary and contract employees who are making a real difference whilst working with our clients. The recognition award will be measured on a range of criteria including reliability, performance level and attendance, innovation and process improvement, team contribution and outstanding achievement. We look forward to sharing further details with you next month, when we present our first monthly Talent Award to one of our outstanding temporary employees.
