Over the past 12 months, Astrum has embarked on an inspiring journey to further enhance and energise our brand, our capability and service delivery to clients and candidates.

Our passion to continually deliver high quality talent matched to our client’s needs and innovative sourcing strategies  has developed into an exciting team project. I’m looking forward to keeping you updated on our progress and to share with you ‘What’s New at Astrum‘ on a regular basis.

To give you a snapshot of our plans so far, we have employed additional talent to expand our recruitment consulting team and strengthen our capability in the building services, construction, engineering and Government sector in Sydney.

We have invested in a substantial technology upgrade to revolutionise our existing client and candidate management systems, providing end to end integration of the entire business/recruitment process and efficient management of temporary workforce solutions. This customised, cloud-based technology will provide further value to our clients and candidates through self-managed portals, flexible reporting functionality and faster connectivity with qualified candidate networks.

Our brand presence has been enhanced with the introduction of a fresh new Website and improved mobile device capability allowing candidates to apply for jobs easily from any device and location. Reports show that the number of candidates applying for jobs on their mobile device is fast increasing with more than 55% of candidates using their mobile phone to find their next job.

Todays candidate market is highly mobile and employers expectations are changing with the ongoing need to continually focus on performance improvement, business efficiency, satisfied clients and competitive value proposition.    As a team and business, we look forward to hearing about your challenges. Connecting  organisations with high calibre talent to achieve rewarding and highly successful working partnerships is our key priority. And we love what we do.
