Our candidate network is just as important to us as our clients. Treating jobs seekers with respect is a key priority for us. For over a decade now, we have been dedicated to ‘Candidate Care’ programs and improving the experience of applicants and candidates during their job search and career move journey.

We are very excited to see that the time and effort put into spending more time with candidates and job seekers to understand their career background, provide thorough and honest information about job vacancies and guidance on career moves and job market insights is achieving great results for our clients and newly employed candidates.

The relationship we have continued to develop with job seekers over the past decade, has helped grow our talent network across Australia and New Zealand rapidly. This is helping to deliver fabulous ‘best fit’ talent to our clients in half the time expected and fast tracking the start of a new career move for job seekers.

Here’s some feedback we have been receiving from candidates:

“Had a fantastic journey with Rees Waterworth from start to finish. He was very pleasant to deal with and helped me get everything in order to win the position. Can’t recommend highly enough.”

Nicholas Campbell

“A big thumbs up to Astrum, especially Andy Hope. The support and input from him during my job application process was exemplary. I happily recommend Astrum Recruitment to both employer and prospective employees.”

Nottage Family

“Great recruitment organisation. Very different to many out there! Special mention to Julie Faddoul who was a true professional throughout the entire process. I’d thoroughly recommend them.”

David Dessmann

We are continuing our commitment to enhancing the candidate experience with our fabulous new team member, Lisa Baruch who joined us earlier this year as our dedicated Customer Experience Manager.
