  • Review strategy and performance weekly
  • Highlight mistakes and learn from them
  • Celebrate the wins
  • Communicate regularly
  • Have your teams back and vice versa
  • Embrace change and challenges
  • Predict possible changes and have a plan B
  • Be creative, brave and relentless
  • Have an eagle eye approach to threats and opportunities
