Our clients are coming to us for targeted search, talent management strategies and senior management/executive recruitment needs so we have further enhanced the expertise within our team. We are seeing an increased need for strategic, performance focused management personnel to implement transformation projects, develop growth strategies and drive innovative business solutions and outcomes.
With 15 years experience as a Human Resources professional and Executive Search/Recruitment Consultant, Sarah Craddock specialises in the construction, engineering, FMCG, manufacturing, technical and commercial sector. Sarah has previously worked with Chandler Macleod, Munro Group and Ellington Savage Executive Search firm. Julie Faddoul has 9 years experience in Recruitment having worked with AIMS International – global Executive Search firm as Executive Talent Acquisition Consultant and in the management training and development sector. Aside from recruitment and training, Julie has held the role of Business Implementation Manager and Account Manager in the events/conferencing and property development sector.
