Today’s talent market is evolving rapidly. The impact of technological advancement, the Covid pandemic, economic downturn and stress around health and wellbeing are creating multiple challenges for employers and job seekers.

We are seeing many Job Seekers searching and applying for a range of job roles but all too often, are missing out on opportunities, as employers continue to look for people who tick all the boxes.

Candidates looking for their next career move, are scanning the job market from a distance, but holding off for now, until the Covid crisis settles and increased confidence returns to the business sector.  Many employers have raised alarm over the number of candidates pulling out at offer stage.  Job applicants are showing interest throughout the recruitment process but hesitate to take the leap into a new role, at offer stage, due to evolving uncertainty around the current Covid and economic climate.

The pace of technological advancement is also playing a part, adding further complexity to the challenges of engaging and recruiting people in a talent tight market.

We are working closely with employers to meet their recruitment needs with the support of our qualified talent pipelines, candidate networks and search technology.

Identifying new talent segments across specific skills, qualifications and industry sectors is helping our clients engage with talent for immediate and future roles.  Workforce planning, search and innovative recruitment solutions are at the top of the agenda for many employers as the war for talent continues.
