Demand-for-Talent-v3

Astrum’s Building Services Talent Management and Recruitment Team are seeing steady activity across the Building Services sector including Facilities Management, HVAC and Mechanical, Fire and Security in NSW, QLD and VIC.

The evolving Covid lockdowns are creating complex challenges for many employers as they struggle to reach sites in affected LGA’s and experience talent shortages due to lockdown restrictions, preventing employees from moving around freely.  Predicted increases in workload and demand for talent is expected over the coming months, as many companies prepare for the easting of lockowns in October and November.

During the July quarter, we have recruited the following roles  –
