Quieter than normal, speaking less and appear to be disengaged
Reduced interest in usual activities and hobbies
Habits have changed. You don’t hear from them or see them as often
Covering up their body. Noticeable scars or injuries
Concerned about events that may or may not occur
Weight and eating habits have changed or appear abnormal
Change in mood or signs of erratic behaviour
Appear to be irritable, angry, anxious or emotional
Substance dependency including alcohol, drugs or medication
Quotes/social media highlighting despair, issues, comments or images
